Megan has been with Family Health Care since 2014. She is a certified nurse practitioner who cares for the whole family. She earned a Master's Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing both from the University of St. Francis. Megan and her husband have three young children.
Brittany is a certified nurse practitioner who loves helping the whole family. She joined Family Health Care in 2017 after earning a Master of Science degree in Nursing from St. Francis University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Ohio University, and an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Mercy College. Brittany married her "high school sweetheart" and they have a daughter and are expecting their second child this spring.
Corie is a certified nurse practitioner who loves caring for babies, kids and teenagers. She has additional certification in pediatric mental health and has been with Family Health Care since 2015. Corie earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Toledo. She and her husband have two school-aged children. Corie loves to read and is a huge fan of anything Disney.
Kendra joined FHC in 2022 and provides care to patients of all ages. She especially enjoys focusing on wellness and helping patients take active roles in their own health care. Kendra has been a nurse since 2007, completing her undergraduate degrees through Rhodes State College and Ohio University. She earned her master's degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Kendra and her husband have three young children who keep their lives busy and vibrant.
Shannon joined Family Health Care in 2019 as our first clinical pharmacist. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Findlay. Shannon completed a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency with Kroger and The Ohio State University. She and her husband have a son and are expecting baby #2 this spring.
Dr. Cramer joined Family Health Care in 2017 as our first behavioral health provider. He earned a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Taylor University. Dr. Cramer married his "high school sweetheart" and they have two young daughters.
Eula joined Family Health Care in 2022 as a telepsychiatry provider. She is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience in general adult psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry. Eula received her Master's Degree in Nursing from the psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner program at Walden University.
Dr. Southward has been with Family Health Care since 2019. He loves providing dental care for the whole family. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from John Carroll University, a Master of Arts degree in biomedical sciences at Midwestern University, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree also from Midwestern University. Dr. Southward has three parrots and enjoys watching Netflix, running, hiking, playing guitar, playing video games and board games, seeing live music, and cooking.
Kelly has been with Family Health Care since 2017. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, running and going to concerts.
Stephanie started with Family Health Care in 2017 as one of our first dental hygienists. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University. Stephanie loves to travel and spend time with her family, friends, and Penny her poodle.
